Sales Terms and Conditions
The “Sales Terms and Conditions” specified below govern the sale of all wines sold by Wine Tenerife through its website www.tenerifewine.com. All the submitted orders are to be considered products contracts of purchase. Trading contracts between Seller and Customer shall be governed by these “Sales Terms and Conditions” in respect of the Spanish law: Ley 34/2002, de 11 de Julio. Any changes or updates to the “Sales Terms and Conditions” shall be communicated to you via newsletters or by email and will be effective upon publication.
“Sales Terms and Conditions” acceptance
The contract between Tenerife Wine and the Customer shall be sealed once the Seller accepted the order. This acceptance is automatic and implicit, unless otherwise specified to the Client. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read the “Sales Terms and Conditions” indicated during the purchase procedure and accept them unconditionally by clicking on the check box next to them. The Customer is advised to read them carefully and print or save them on a durable medium accessible to him.
Purchase process
The Customer may only purchase products in stock when placing the order. The informations supplied with the products are provided by the manufacturers, therefore Tenerife Wine is not responsible for any errors in the specifications listed for each product. Tenerife Wine reserves the right to change, without notice, information on products to match any updates provided by manufacturers. The images on this website are provided by the manufacturers and are solely published in order to facilitate the recognition of products. Due to potential changes in the packaging by the manufacturer, the photos may not accurately reflect the appearance of the product delivered. The correct order will be communicated to the Customer via e-mail to the address supplied by the Customer him or herself. This confirmation message will include the date of receipt and an “Order Number” to be used in any communication with the Seller. In case of order refusal, Tenerife Wine is committed to a timely notification to the Customer. V.A.T. is not included in any of the website listed prices. V.A.T. shall be calculated and shown on the checkout page, depending on the Customer’s State of residence and before the order is sent. The Customer may purchase any product on Tenerife Wine’s website by using different forms of payment indicated during the purchasing process.
Transport and Delivery
Tenerife Wine delivers wines through its partner specialized in logistics and distribution. Shipping costs are charged to the Customer and are shown explicitly at the time of order. Depending on the goods destination location, deliveries may take place over a period of time ranging from 24 hours to 72 hours, excluding mishaps, and never later than twenty days from the date of order. The Customer receiving the goods must check their integrity. If he/she has doubts about the integrity of the received products, he/she must immediately state them on the delivery receipt when collecting the goods, and will have time 2 business days to notify in writing any tampering or damage by email to the email address. Any refunds will be provided within 30 days of the dispute.
Guarantees
Tenerife Wine guarantees that the delivered products are as close as possible to those shown and described on the site. The manufacturer is responsible for all the sold products. The manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information on the packaging. Tenerife Wine does not sell wine or other alcoholic products to persons under 18 years old. The courier will not deliver the wine or other alcoholic products to persons under 18 years old and will require a photo ID to ckeck the age.
Complaints and dispute settlement

The sales contract between the Customer and Tenerife Wine reaches agreement in Spain and is governed by Spanish laws. The Court of Santa Cruz de Tenerife (Spain) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes relating to the terms and conditions mentioned above and over civil and criminal disputes related to the agreement over contracts of sale.
