Flor de Chasna Blanco Seco… the most “Cumbres de Abona” award winning wine
Flor de Chasna Blanco Seco is exclusively produced with a single Listán Blanco grape variety, grown on high ground, under Abona’s denomination of origin.
After a first pre-fermentation maceration at low temperatures, a strong and unique character white wine is produced. This technique allows to achieve the maximum expression of the aromatic potential of this variety.
- Alcoholic strength: 12,5 % vol.
- Location: P.D.O. Abona.
- Grapes varieties:
- 100 % Listán Blanco.
- Harvest date: Whole month of September to middle of October.
- Serving temperature: 8-10 ºC.
- Food matching: Perfect to accompany all kinds of cheeses, seafood, baked fish and white meats.
- Tasting notes: Flor de Chasna Blanco Seco is a dry white wine featuring a pale yellow color with green tints. The nose is dominated by pleasant memories of fruit and hints of fennel. The taste is balanced with a freshness of its own, given by its acidity. The finish is persistent and refreshing.
